What is the CX on Tap beer and cheese event all about?
From the comfort of your own home, we will sample and taste an assortment of the beers and pair them with delicious gourmet cheeses alongside like-minded CX leaders and your event host, TTEC. In a closing roundtable, TTEC and your peers will share insights and ideas on how to further transform your customer experience!

When will I receive my kit?
You will receive your beer kit the week of the event (5-7 days prior)– please be prepared to receive and sign for the beer (or any adult 21+) to ensure you have it in time for the Friday event. We will send an email with your UPS tracking information once the be beer ready to ship. We have sent you an email to confirm your mailing address – please make sure it’s correct.
How do I join the beer and cheese pairing event?
You will receive an Outlook calendar invite with the Zoom link to join.
What do I need to do to prep for the event?
Once you receive your shipment please read through the instructions, and set the beers, cheeses and other materials out until the time of the event. We will meet on Zoom at 12PM PST/3PM ET so have your drinks + materials ready + cameras turned on!

Live Events Host – City Brew Tours
Molly Lamb is originally from Atlanta Georgia. She lived in New York for 12 years where she became a skin care aesthetician, and opened a facial studio. When her business closed during the COVID pandemic she began taking craft beer courses online at San Diego State and Cornell universities. She also completed a volunteer program working in production at Rocky Mountain Brewery in Colorado. She loves live music, beer (obviously), and spending time with friends. She is also aware that those are generic things to like. Favorite beers: Founders – KBS Stout, Ten Bends – Northern Heights, and Brew Gentleman – General Braddock’s
