TTEC Foundation

The TTEC Foundation is committed to effecting positive change in the communities where TTEC employees live and work.

Investing in education to help
children and communities thrive.

We believe education is the foundation of a successful community. We strive to bring students around the world the tools, technology, and access to services they need to flourish.

OUR 2022 IMPACT

Our vision

To support our employees' passion for making a sustainable and positive impact in their communities.

Vision

To apply our resources and expertise to transform the educational experience for students of greatest need.

We help students on the path to lifelong success by investing in the cornerstones of education.

Literacy

Ensuring students have access to books has always been a foundation priority. Our employees play an important role in helping children around the world enhance their reading skills. We’ve funded school-wide literacy nights in Florida, brought an innovative program combining the joys of reading and golf to children in Colorado, and supplied books to schools in Mexico and the Philippines, among other initiatives.

Technology

We know having access to modern technology opens doors and enhances educational opportunities for children. We’ve donated iPads, computers, printers, projectors, smart boards, and other tools to schools in low-income communities. In addition, our Information Technology team provides consultation and technology support to many education organizations.

State-of-the-art learning environments

The foundation brings cutting-edge learning tools to schools. Our funding helped support renovations and construction at a school in Brazil, which included an interactive sound park to expose students to sensory experiences and musical exploration. And when natural disasters devastate schools, we are there to help. We’ve helped rebuild and furnish an earthquake-stricken school in Haiti, as well as renovate a typhoon-damaged school library in the Philippines.

School supplies and support

Children can’t concentrate on learning if they don’t have the basic supplies and supports they need. We bring school supplies to students and provide funding to groups like the Boys and Girls Club and Junior Achievement, which offer after-school programs and other wraparound supports to students. We’ve supported a program in Mexico that helps students with intellectual disabilities stay academically on track during the pandemic, and an organization in Canada that helps adolescents who have experienced trauma.
