TTEC Diversity Council
BUILDING INCLUSIVENESS

TTEC Diversity Council

We aspire to create diverse departments and teams at all levels of the organization. Around the world, we amplify local inclusiveness groups outside of the workplace and bring together centralized organizations inside TTEC walls. We support our diverse employees through mentorship, open dialogue, and opportunities for professional development.

Comprised of 16 employees from diverse backgrounds, our Diversity Council focuses on organizational change and advancing our DE&I priorities by:

  • Identifying best diversity, equity, and inclusion practices
  • Guiding senior leadership on culture, climate, equity, and inclusion in our workplace
  • Conducting self-assessments of committee effectiveness

Supporting Employee Resource Groups

Our employee-established ERGs are dedicated to uplifting marginalized and underrepresented voices by supporting career development through peer mentorship and honest and open discussions. They also provide opportunities to un-learn our preconceived notions about racial issues, re-educate ourselves about injustices and help celebrate our differences.

Women in Leadership

A diverse group of extraordinary self-identifying women who leverage social and educational programs, mentorship, and networking opportunities to realize their individual potential, enhance their career experiences, and create opportunities for our next generation of leaders.

Spectrum (Philippines)

Based in the Philippines, this group discovers and develops unique strengths to help employees achieve their professional and personal aspirations. Our Spectrum group also supports underrepresented groups like LGBTQIA+, Working Students, Working Parents, Women in Rising (a WIL Community), and People with Disabilities.

Champions of Color

This group promotes a safe, collaborative, and supportive environment for employees who identify as Black or of African descent. The Champions of Color strive to create a space that allows members the freedom to be authentic while advancing their careers. They provide mentorship, access to senior leadership, and a connected network of professionals to assist with fostering the development and continued advancement of its members.

Corporate Responsibility

TTEC Foundation

The TTEC Foundation is committed to effecting positive change in the communities where we live and work. We believe that education is the foundation of a successful community and strive to provide students around the world with access to the tools and support they need.

Affecting positive change

Veterans and Military Spouses

We value veterans—not only for their dedicated service to our country, but also for the exceptional qualities and skills they can bring to our team: We know that no job is as important as serving one’s country, but we hope they find creating amazing customer experiences to be another purpose worth serving!

Supporting veterans and military spouses

Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)

At TTEC, meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to enjoy our world is a part of our mission to bring humanity to business. We believe that proactively managing environmental, social, and governance (“ESG”) issues as part of our business strategy is critical to our sustainable growth and is an important part of our risk management strategy.
