Our customer experience centre in New Zealand is based in Auckland. The city is headquarters to a number of the country’s leading communication, media, financial services, government, and healthcare insurance providers. In addition, it boasts the largest and most populous urban area in New Zealand, and is home to approximately one-third of the country’s population. Altogether, Auckland’s inhabitants represent 175 different ethnic groups, making it one of the most ethnically diverse cities in all of New Zealand.
