Intelligent routing, for example, eliminates unnecessary work to create opportunities for agents to collaborate better and lessen their workload. Intelligent routing sends interactions directly to the most appropriate agent to resolve the issue quickly and effectively. Using digital channels like chat and messaging, expert associates can handle more volume than just one voice call at a time. This allows the best agents to serve a higher percentage of customers.
