FedRAMP designation enables TTEC to deliver cost-effective procurement and more rapid implementation to government agencies, along with superior citizen engagement to meet government mandates.

The FedRAMP program provides a standardized approach to security assessment, authorization and continuous monitoring for cloud products and services. The JAB designation also has the approval of CIOs from the Department of Defense, the General Services Administration and the Department of Homeland Security.
