What is Conversational AI?

Conversational AI is the set of technologies that enable computers to simulate real conversations including chatbots, speech-based assistants, and voice bots. Conversational AI powers Intelligent Virtual Assistants (IVA) to be more flexible in interactions than rigid chatbots that are limited to following a specific script.
