Through ongoing collaboration with Egyptian government leaders and the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA), we continue expanding our Cairo operations to support growing global demand, strengthen multilingual delivery capabilities, and create new opportunities across CX, AI-enabled services, and digital operations.
As part of this expansion, TTEC plans to grow its workforce in Egypt by an additional 3,500 employees by 2029.
