What is the CX Uncorked wine event all about?

From the comfort of your own home, we will sample the finest wines from Chateau Ste. Michelle and delicious food pairings. Alongside like-minded sales leaders and your event host, TTEC, you will learn how to make a delicious custom red wine blend and pair it with various foods. In a closing roundtable, TTEC and your peers will share insight and ideas on how to further transform your customer experience!

What all is included?

  • 4 bottles of red wine (3 to taste and blend, and 1 high-end gift bottle to drink at your leisure!)
  • Pairing snacks including Jcoco chocolate, La Panzanella crackers, Bread Dip spreads, and Creminelli cured meats
  • Blending beakers, tasting mat, aroma wheel and custom labels

When will I receive my wine?

You will receive your wine the week of the event (5-7 days prior)– please be prepared to receive and sign for the wine (or any adult 21+) to ensure you have it in time for the Friday event. We will send an email with your UPS tracking information once the wine is ready to ship. We have sent you an email to confirm your mailing address – please make sure it’s correct.

How do I join the wine tasting event?

You will receive an Outlook calendar invite with the Zoom link to join.

What do I need to do to prep for the event?

Once you receive your shipment please read through the instructions, and set the tasting wines, beakers and placemat aside until the time of the event. Make sure to have a pen on hand so you can take notes on your custom blend! We will meet on Zoom at 12PM PST/3PM ET so have your wine + materials ready + cameras turned on!

Please reach out to Melinda Lane with any questions or concerns, or if your plans have changed.

About Christian Douthitt

Wine Educator - Ste. Michelle Wine Estates

Christian Douthitt is a Wine Educator with Chateau Ste. Michelle who loves sharing his passion and knowledge about wine with anyone curious enough to ask. A staunch believer that wine should always be about enjoyment, he strives to bring a casual and demystifying point of view to his work.

Prior to joining Chateau Ste. Michelle, Christian worked as the Lead Sommelier and Cellar Master for an award-winning wine program in Seattle. From spending time in the Pinot Noir vineyards of New Zealand’s Central Otago region to winemaking in Washington, Christian brings 12 years of hands-on experience from every corner of the globe.

When not speaking or hosting, Christian can be found hiking through Washington forests with his daughter and partner-in-crime Evelyn. He’s confident she’ll learn to love the pairing of muddy boots and a great Montrachet someday.

About the Winery

At Chateau Ste. Michelle, our award-winning wines interweave with our rich heritage to create a wine experience you'll never forget. Celebrating more than 50 years of winemaking, we have combined Old World winemaking traditions with New World innovation. In fact, Chateau Ste. Michelle is one of the few premium wineries in the world with two state-of-the-art wineries, one for red and one for white. The whites are made at the Chateau in Woodinville, WA, while the reds are made at our Canoe Ridge Estate winery in Eastern Washington. Built on the 1912 estate owned by Seattle lumber baron Frederick Stimson, the winery’s roots date back to the Repeal of Prohibition. To learn more visit https://www.ste-michelle.com/.
