What is the CX Uncorked wine event all about?
Immerse yourself in this private virtual event while sampling the finest wines of Icellars Estate Winery from the comfort of your own home. Guided by Canadian Craft Tour’s wine educator + experience guide, learn how to taste a variety of delicious red, white and rose wines alongside likeminded CX peers and your event host, TTEC. We'll host a brief roundtable to close out the event where you'll hear from TTEC and your peers to gain new insights and ideas to further your CX transformation!

When will I receive my wine?
You will receive your wine the week of the event (5-7 days prior)– please be prepared to receive and sign for the wine (or any adult 21+) to ensure you have it in time for the Friday event. We will send an email with your tracking information once the wine is ready to ship. We have sent you an email to confirm your mailing address – please make sure it’s correct.
How do I join the wine tasting event?
You will receive an Outlook calendar invite with the Zoom link to join.
What do I need to do to prep for the event?
Once you receive your shipment please read through the instructions, and set the tasting wines and chocolates aside until the time of the event. We will meet on Zoom at 12PM PT/3PM ET so have your wine + materials ready + cameras turned on!

Jordan has been with Canadian Craft Tours for just over 4 years now and in that time has become our Lead guide for all tours and event across Canada. He has a passion for the beer/wine industry and his knowledge of all libation is something to be impressed about. He has been homebrewing for 19 years and became a certified cicerone. His hobbies include backcountry skiing, hiking, road-tripping and of course, all things beer.
About the Winery
Icellars Estate Winery is a boutique winery located in beautiful Niagara-on-the-Lake. It was founded in 2010 by the ICEL family. Small batch wines are produced from the farm and inspired by classic winemaking styles deeply rooted in the history of viticulture and winemaking.
The 60-acre fallow land was carefully selected by owners Adnan and Elif ICEL based on precise research of ideal growing conditions for premium vinifera varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The winery uses estate grown fruit from their hand-manicured vines.
Total yearly production is currently around 4,000 cases with plans to increase slowly with new plantings. The vineyard has a very warm microclimate suitable for big reds and Chardonnay. Chardonnay is the only white grape planted on the estate. The winery is focused on high-end wines with 100% of the wines are aged in French oak barrels from 12 months to 24 months.
