What is the Spice up your CX hot sauce event all about?
Get ready for some delicious heat just in time for Super Bowl Sunday! In this virtual experience, Hungry Chef Plum will guide you through the art of crafting a gourmet hot sauce from scratch. Learn how to chop, heat, and puree poblano and jalapeno peppers into the tastiest sauce while also networking with other CX leaders and your host, TTEC!

When will I receive my kit?
You will receive your kit the week of the event (5-7 days prior) to ensure you have it in time for the Friday event. We will send an email with your UPS tracking information once the kit is ready to ship. We have sent you an email to confirm your mailing address – please make sure it’s correct.
How do I join the event?
You will receive an Outlook calendar invite with the Zoom link to join.
What do I need to do to prep for the event?
Once you receive your shipment please read through the instructions and set the ingredients aside until the time of the event. We will meet on Zoom at 12PM PST/3PM ET so have your kit + ingredients ready + cameras turned on!
