What is the Taste of CX cooking event all about?
Create an exquisite Italian pasta dish under the guidance of professional chef, Michele Ragussis, courtesy of HUNGRY Virtual Xperiences. Get hands-on, step-by-step instructions for preparing Michele’s signature Fettucine Bolognese – perfectly cooked al dente fettucine paired with a rich, flavorful tomato-based sauce.
After this live pasta and CX pairing, bring your best CX to a virtual dinner party with like-minded CX leaders and your event host, TTEC. As we enjoy our meal together, we’ll share enlightening insights and inspirational ideas to further your CX transformation.

After registering, you will receive an email from us asking to confirm your mailing address is correct. The week of the event (approximately 5-7 days prior), we will ship your ‘Night in Italy Xperience Pastabilities Kit' straight to your door step.
We will send an email with tracking information, so you are prepared to sign for and accept your kit. If you are unable to sign for and accept the kit, another adult over the age of 21 may do so.
What’s in the kit?
The carefully assembled kit includes all necessary non-perishable items and a premium bottle of Italian red wine, along with a $25 grocery gift card to purchase essential perishable items (ground beef, pancetta, parsley, milk and parmesan). You will also receive a recipe card, box cheese grater, and branded wine stopper.
What do I need to do to prep for the event?
Once you receive your shipment please read through the instructions, and set the alcohol, ingredients, and bar tools aside until the time of the event. Make sure to have rocks glasses, limes, and plenty of ice on hand so you can be ready for mixing! We will meet on Zoom at 12PM PST/3PM ET so have your ingredients + materials ready + cameras turned on!
How do I join the live virtual event?
We will send an email with a calendar invite, a private Zoom link, and instructions for joining the live event. Meet the chef, your peers, and us on Zoom at 4PM PST/7PM ET with your ingredients and materials ready. We highly recommend turning your camera on to have the best possible experience.
