HUNGRY chef Jess will show you how to craft the perfect warm winter cocktail while your host, TTEC, and your peers share insights and ideas on how to further transform your customer experience!

When will I receive my kit?

You will receive your kit the week of the event (5-7 days prior)– please be prepared to receive and sign for the wine (or any adult 21+) to ensure you have it in time for the Friday event. We will send an email with your UPS tracking information once the kit is ready to ship. We have sent you an email to confirm your mailing address – please make sure it’s correct.

How do I join the event?

You will receive an Outlook calendar invite with the Zoom link to join.

What do I need to do to prep for the event?

Once you receive your shipment please read through the instructions and set the ingredients aside until the time of the event. Please provide your own milk! We will meet on Zoom at 12PM PST/3PM ET so have your kit + ingredients ready + cameras turned on!

About Chef Jess


After graduating from The Art Institute of Washington's Pastry Art program, Chef Jess quickly began under the tutelage of Laurent Lhuillier, a world class, 14 gold medal Pastry Chef. Chef Jess has worked with several prominent and well known chefs and pastry artists such as The Voltaggio brothers, Brandon Malzhan, Chris Ford, and Tiffany MacIssac. Before opening her own brand, Piped Pastry Shop, Jess was the pastry sous chef of the famous Fiola Mare in Georgetown, Washington DC. She has had the opportunity to create pastries for the White House, President Barack Obama, Sisqo, and several other national dignitaries, and is excited to share her expertise with you!
