Nick joined TTEC in 2019 and is responsible for global marketing and customer strategy. He joined TTEC because he values its culture of customer obsession, and he is passionate about helping brands achieve their own customer-obsessed ambitions.

Prior to joining TTEC, he was the Global Head of Payments, Product and Marketing at Travelex, the world’s leading non-bank foreign currency supplier. Prior to that, he was the Chief Marketing Officer at Western Union Business Solutions, a leading provider of cross-border business payments, where he was responsible for leading the digital transformation of the payments business.

 

Jeff Farr
GVP, Customer Growth Services, TTEC

Since 2000, Jeff has held large multifaceted sales leadership roles with some of the top companies in the industry. He demonstrates a history of working in the growth industry with a strong background focused on B2B and B2C sales, sales consulting, contact center strategies, sales management, analytics and lead generation.

Jeff currently leads TTEC's Customer Growth Services direct sales organization. His team helps TTEC become the preferred business processes outsourcing provider to our clients and prospects by operating with ethical values, top-ranking performance and consistent/predictable above-market ROI performance.
