TTEC Canada Certified as ‘Great Place to Work®’

DENVER, March 18, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- TTEC Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEC), a leading global digital Customer and Employee Experience as a Service (CXaaS) partner for many of the 'world's most iconic and disruptive brands, today announced its Canada operations has been certified as a Great Place to Work® after a thorough, independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work Institute® Canada. This certification is based on direct feedback from nearly 300 employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about their workplace experience.

Nancy Fonseca, senior vice president of Great Place to Work® Canada, says that a great workplace is about the level of trust that employees experience in their leaders, the level of pride they have in their jobs, and the extent to which they enjoy their colleagues.

TTEC is currently looking to hire over 300 positions work-from-home across Canada within the next month. The positions include:

  • Customer service representative
  • Bilingual customer service representative – Portuguese-English
  • Bilingual account management/sales – French-English

Candidates living in British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Quebec are encouraged to apply. Further, candidates applying to the bilingual customer service representative – Portuguese-English may also live in Ontario.
