“CEOs are challenged to deliver growth and value to shareholders and while innovation and customer experience is vitally important to any business, we believe that our greatest asset is our people,” said Ken Tuchman, chairman and CEO of TTEC. “The more diverse our talent, the better we can serve all of our customers. That is why TTEC is proud to set the highest bar for diversity and inclusion. We know that diversity of thought leads to innovation and creativity that drives growth and we are focused on building a true culture of diversity, inclusion, and respect to attract and retain the best talent. This includes revamping our recruitment and development strategies to ensure we have the most diverse workforce, diversity training and education, and developing new KPIs, tools and policies to ensure that every employee and supplier is treated equally.”
