Working in conjunction with the National Chamber Foundation, TeleTech is dedicated to the Hiring 500,000 Heroes initiative focused on the hiring and career growth of military veterans, active duty National Guard and Reserves, and military spouses. TeleTech has always demonstrated a steadfast commitment to hiring military veterans, and as a result has formed several strategic partnerships; including the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, the Employer Partnership of the Armed Forces, Partnership for Youth Success, Military Spouse Employment Partnership, and Veterans2Work.

As part of this hiring initiative, TeleTech created a website dedicated to matching veterans with open positions. To help veterans find the positions that best fits their skill sets, TeleTech has incorporated a skills translator tool that allows job seekers to enter information including rank, unit and other military details as a way to match their skills to TeleTech opportunities.
