SOFIA, 29 November, 2018 – TTEC Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEC), a leading global customer experience technology and services company focused on the design, implementation and delivery of transformative solutions for many of the world’s most iconic and disruptive brands, today announced that 435 BGN was raised for the For Our Children Foundation through a donation campaign sponsored by TTEC Bulgaria employees in both Sofia and Plovdiv.
The For Our Children Foundation is a Bulgarian non-government organisation which has been supporting vulnerable children between 0 – 3 years and their families since 1992. For Our Children Foundation provides professional social services to the most vulnerable children at an early age by encouraging the constant, secure and development of family relations. TTEC employees selected the organisation and created a campaign called “Let the Summer in the Office” to raise funds for the children while having fun in the workplace. During the campaign, employees paid a small fee to participate in the various summer challenges and team building activities such as foosball, table tennis, and an origami workshop.
In addition to fundraisers such as this, the company gives back to the community through the efforts of its community foundation. The foundation, which was founded in 2007, was created based on the principle that education is the key to a successful community. Since its inception, the foundation has donated more than $4,000,000 to education-related organisations across the globe. All grant awards are employee-sponsored and are provided within the communities where TTEC operates around the world.
