Company announces new client wins and launch of Humanify @home offering in the region
Montreal, July 19 2018 - TTEC (NASDAQ: TTEC), a leading global customer experience technology and services provider focused exclusively on the design, implementation and delivery of transformative solutions for many of the world’s most iconic and disruptive brands, today announced new client wins and program growth in the Canadian market which are driving company hiring activities across the region.
The company recently signed new clients across the travel and hospitality industries, with one program initially supporting 50 customer experience roles and nearly quadrupling within a few short months. TTEC is currently hiring more than 400 positions across Canada, providing multi-lingual on-call support with SLA compliance, service desk response, customer care and growth services across several languages, including English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. In addition to hiring in its local centers in Montreal, Cornwall, St Jerome, St Jean, Fredericton, Charlottetown and Sarnia, TTEC recently launched Humanify @home in Canada and is growing that program rapidly with more than 500 positions available for immediate employment.

Kirsten Sears joins as VP of Business Development for Canada. With over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing and services specializing in telecommunications and cloud-based communications technologies, her focus on clients' successes and collaborative partnerships have supported long standing customer engagements and driven business for several regional and global businesses from her home base in Toronto.
Lin Whaley joins as VP of Sales for Canada. Whaley brings more than 20 years of experience in sales and services in the Canadian market, with expertise in the enterprise consulting, strategy and research industries. She will be driving business development from Calgary.
