TTEC Announces Executive Management Growth in Asia-Pacific Leadership Team
TTEC expands its Business Development team in the Asia-Pacific, as it shifts resources to market growth and expansion
Sydney, Australia, 4 October 2018 – TTEC Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEC) has renewed its focus on Australia and the Asia Pacific area bolstering its Business Development team to drive growth.
Joining TTEC in the Asia-Pacific region in their newly expanded Business Development team are:
Gordon Smith - appointed to the position of Vice President, Sales. Smith joins the TTEC APAC organisation having previously held the position of Director of Strategic Accounts and Growth at an Australian-owned customer experience management group where he was responsible for overseeing the progress of increased market share and amplified business development.
Smith touts a proven track record of over 30 years’ experience in sales, delivery and relationship building, managing business process and outsourcing start-ups for major service providers in the Asia-Pacific region.
Wesley Burke - joins TTEC in the role of Vice President, Sales, from an Australian based business process outsourcing provider. Burke brings over 25 years of sales experience and client relationship management from across the globe with an extensive knowledge of the Australian market.
Rounding out TTEC’s Business Development team in Asia Pacific, is Helen Nicopoulos, a two-year veteran with TTEC who serves as Vice President, Sales.
With these three leading business development for the TTEC team, Iain Banks, Regional Vice President – International Markets, TTEC, believes “the business is primed for success and greater opportunities” within Asia Pacific and beyond.
