TeleTech Community Foundation Awards Financial Grant to Obat National High School in Dumaguete

DUMAGUETE, 23 July 2018 - TeleTech (NASDAQ: TTEC), a leading global customer experience technology and services provider focused exclusively on the design, implementation and delivery of transformative solutions for many of the world’s most iconic and disruptive brands, today announced that a grant from the company’s community foundation has been awarded to Obat National High School in Santa Cantalina. The foundation’s donation to Obat National High School was sponsored by a TeleTech employee located in the company’s Dumaguete customer experience center.

Obat National High School provides students with the skills and resources to lead successful careers by offering opportunities to earn professional certifications and participate in training programs that prepare students for the workforce. 80% of the school’s population is composed of children from farming families and 30% of these students pursue a college degree. Most of the students wear slippers to school and are in need of shoes that they can wear to an internship or job. Obat National High School will use the grant from the TeleTech Community Foundation to buy 200 pairs of shoes for students who do not have work appropriate attire.
