TeleTech Now Hiring for New Customer Experience Center in Paducah, KY

First of Two Proposed Centers Immediately Accepting Applications for an Initial 318 Healthcare-Related Sales and Service Jobs

(NASDAQ: TeleTech), a leading global provider of analytics-driven, technology-enabled customer engagement solutions, today announced that it is hiring ahead of next month's opening of a state of the art customer experience center in Paducah, Kentucky. The center, one of two local sites announced last year in a ground-breaking ceremony with Governor Steve Beshear and city officials, will create more than 300 jobs supporting the healthcare industry.

TeleTech's new site, housed in a 30,000 square-foot building in the Paducah Commerce Park, will provide an array of customer experience and multi-channel communications services on behalf of a major health insurance company.
